RE:RE:Just a post ("no big whoop")
All makes sense. Likes rendered.
But, not a private company though (albeit pretty close! :) lol!). Sorry [to have] to state the obvious.
Keep shareholders informed and when there are [inevitable] course corrections then please lean in to transparency to the maximum extent possible... People notice changes and minimizing them does not serve to engender confidence/trust. Shooting it straight does IMHO (again, to the extent possible) and arguably better facilitates "permission" (or 'buy-in' from investors) to management that "it's OK" if pivoting was necessary (as POTENTIALLY 'reflected' in valuation -- can't know for sure).. As shareholders in a public company, we would like (deserve?) as much information/explanation (as is possible of course without 'hurting' the company's prospects), in order to feel comfortable with said "adjustments." Defaulting to 'wait 'til Q1 reporting' is, well..., you decide... GO KNR!!!!!
