RE:A SCENARIO…

RE:A SCENARIO…Hmm? Interesting graphene007
It's nice to have you along for this NanoXplore ride.

Why don't you simply call to mind one scenario which I previously mentioned in some detail here circa 2020/2021, if memory serves correctly.

You know graphene007, it's the scenario wherein I mentioned a "industrial titan" would come in and be taking up anywhere from a 20% to 40% equity ownership position with the VoltaXplore enterprise.
I also said a share price would have to be be assigned ("put a price on it", I said) to those VoltaXplore class A shares which would be issued to the "industrial titan" in exchange for much needed capital with which to facilitate the attainment of ongoing project financing for the initial 2GWh graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility.
By the way,
as per statements made by NanoXplore's CFO during the Q3 confernece call, we know that any VoltaXplore liabilities and, more importantly, any and all VoltaXplore assests would accrue to the NanoXplore balance sheet for as long as NanoXplore owned a equity control of the VoltaXplore enterprise.
We also know that such a fact can result in NanoXplore necessarily being revaluated and obviously NanoXplore's share price immediately being revaluated as a result of the very share price duly assigned to any and all VoltaXplore equities exchanged for the required capital investment needed to build the 2GWh graphene enhance 2170 battery cells manufacturing facility.
I digress - not really.

As part in parcel of that long ago provided scenario, I made sure to mention that ultimately the VoltaXplore enterprise could become a publicly listed equities issuer and that NanoXplore shareholders could be receiving one VoltaXplore common share for every NanoXplore share held prior to the to be established beneficial ownership date.

Just as I called "the nipping in the bud" of the very obstacle which XG Sciences presented for NanoXplore during  early 2021 and also mentioned the pivotal Dow-DuPont involvement (the industrial Titan" and XG Sciences "note holder" is what I called Dow-DuPont then) as the primary creditor of XG Sciences Inc., I have a good bead on what is unfolding here with NanoXplore and also what is to be unfolding for a "downstream investment enterprise" which is for now NanoXplore's wholly owned VoltaXplore.
