NanoXplore may decide to spin-off its VoltaXplore assets into a new TSX listed company to properly finance their next generation of Li-ion batteries and their new energy storage system. NanoXplore shareholders could receive 1 share of VoltaXplore for each 10 shares held.

Hmm? Interesting graphene007 It's nice to have you along for this NanoXplore ride. Why don't you simply call to mind one scenario which I previously mentioned in some detail here circa 2020/2021, if memory serves correctly. You know graphene007, it's the scenario wherein I mentioned a "industrial titan" would come in and be taking up anywhere from a 20% to 40% equity ...more
