If True....
Would we see a bidding war? The 500M number looks to be a decent premium, so I'm not sure if any canadian players would cough up more cash to win at a higher bid.

There are also 18 million options and 4.2 million warrants, brining full dilluted...
to 189.4 plus 22.4 or 211.8 million. Throw in debt and youre talkig about 2 dollars a share. I assume the procceds from excercise of options and warrnats will end up with the acquirer.
