It is a fair deal for these assets.  I had max $1.20 but was only expecting $1.10....

With the markets today

I'm pleased with this deal. Hard to get a realitively short term investment to return 40% in these markets. I will probably not sell tomorrow but will have to see how it opens. Who knows there ...more

kind of hard to believe they couldn't find a buyer closer to home at this price

After all the drama, the offer price is disappointing but I'll take my little profit and move on to something (I hope) that isn't nearly as frustrating

Just goes to showhe scamming out there..The article by reuters at over 2 bucks a share.the authors of that should be charged with fraud.Any event NVS did the right thing halting right away.No one got ...more

It was 64cents at the end of June

and still 75cents at the beginning of August. $1.18 is nothing special but a huge premium to just two months ago. Take the money and run.

The financial analysts were bang on....they knew

that something was flawed.  That it took 8 long months to find a buyer was a right flashing light. Someone posted that decline rates were not important....obviously someone who knows nothing ...more

So at $1.25 I was off by a few cents......who laughs now. Unless another bidder shows up and offsets termination fees.......it's gone.
