Agreed Purchase Price

If the agreed price was $1.18. Why didnt it at the minimum open at that market value? Ive seen other offers on companies whose propsed purchase price was reflected in the opening bid.

take it and move on is my advice....

At least they sold. this would have tanked if there wasnt ever a deal to begin with. Take your profits and buy PTA and LRE. Never fall in love with a stock. Cheers.

Personally, I feel that the company is worth more than $1.18. Using $320M less the debt the selling price is $247M........number of shares with warrants/options exercised approximately 212M which ...more
