Does anyone have enough info to figure the average share price paid by the brothers. My suspicion is that this is not a win for them. Can they make a private bid under the current circumstances?

Peregrine Diamonds is the owner at a corporate level of over CAD$100 million spent on various exploration properties in Canada. Because De Beers wants to buy PGD and not just Chidliak..they can ...more

The tax credit comes with the company. It will not be in the deal. The 4 years of investment and the tax credit sure makes DeBeers look like the smart ones. They basically get the 100% for what they ...more

Not a very high premium im my opinion. That being said those rights offerings sure helped lower my average cost...but .24 a share is a loss for me. So lets see anither offer. The break fee isnt too ...more
