Friedlands are still considered Insiders. They would need to disclose any purchases via SEDI. I saw the 20 cent options exercise reported...but no open market buys. LONG...whiteknight EKIM

Under the takeover regime, DeBeers and/or with with other joint actors are not allowed to buy any shares in the open market once the bid is launched. The new rules passed in 2016 will ...more

Did it occur to the shareholders that Debeers May offer more. Because the general consensus is that Shareholders not happy with 0.24/share .
