RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:tick tockRobert Friedland's Ivanhoe Energy was more of a propriety technology company as opposed to a commodity company. That failed in the end...but I suspect any patents/etc. are still owned by Robert.

That experience may have also kept HPX as a private company going forward indefinately.
It is basically another propriety technology company.
Keep it private and use the technology inter-company amongst the Robert group of companies.
