Mining Vice Minister resigned last month

Mining Vice Minister resigned last month, and Mining Minister should be next.. Both couldnt manage Las Bambas problem well.

Some guys are stuck back in the 70´s mining model. Cannot see that the world changed. They just want to keep the old mining model.

Modern countries of Europe and North America, entitle the surrounding communities to be consulted about any project to be developed in their county and such mechanism is mandatory and binding.  Also, the communities are the owners of the surface and subsurface.
