PAW lost the case, as their conduct in getting the license in the first place was essentially based on political favors and skipping the environmental reviews.
They have appealed and are trying to have the decision anulled. It's probably somewhere between 0 and 0.0000001% chance that they end up with anything other than another decision against them.
