https://www.coastweek.com/3629-latest-news-big-niobium-deposits-mrima-hill.htm This write up was released to day by the date of Aug 20-20, does this mean they can now go ahead with the mine and as Mr. Anderson stated they are designing the plant so is this for real and they have won the court case or is this still an on going issue. Thanks in advance.

Well, we've come this far, might as well keep a bit of hope for a miracle! Hearing took place via video conference Sept 10. I believe this was funded by a litigation funding company, so you're right that at least someone has a belief there's potential here. Hope to see that decision soon. It's annoying how long the ICSID takes to render a written judgement.

Well I figure as long as the company believes in it and is willing to spend money, then it is not a lost cause............yet! Also Jacob Juma was murdered ove r this, so it stinks somehwere!!

According to ICSID, both parties filed post-hearing briefs on Oct. 30. These things seem to take forever to resolve, so maybe Q1 new year we have a result???
