This is just an old article that's for some reason posted with Aug 20 of this year on it. PAW lost  the case, as their conduct in getting the license in the first place was essentially based on political favors and skipping the environmental reviews.  They have appealed and are trying to have the decision anulled. It's probably somewhere between 0 and 0.0000001% chance that they

I think the odds are a little bit better than that but not much.  PAW thought they were doing the right thing and had gone through the proper channels, they are also spending millions in legal fees so that tells me they feel they have a case.  Whats even worse is that this very valueable mine was linked with J Juma and he was murdered, so somebody wants this deposit and the Country they

Well, we've come this far, might as well keep a bit of hope for a miracle! Hearing took place via video conference Sept 10. I believe this was funded by a litigation funding company, so you're right that at least someone has a belief there's potential here.  Hope to see that decision soon. It's annoying how long the ICSID takes to render a written judgement.

Well I figure as long as the company believes in it and is willing to spend money, then it is not a lost cause............yet!  Also Jacob Juma was murdered ove r this, so it stinks somehwere!!

Rocket is reporting on Silicon Investor that court documents have been filed.  What I would like to know is how to get rid of all the spam below on this site as there are so many ads I cannot make out whats new here LOL. According to ICSID, both parties filed post-hearing briefs on Oct. 30. These things seem to take forever to resolve, so maybe Q1 new year we have a result???
