RE: BNP Licence for Rest of World

RE: BNP Licence for Rest of WorldI see the Shionogi deal important for two major reasons. First it validates RBM's technology. We have an important Japanese drug company, choosing RBM technology to fill a perceived need in the Japanese market that will put some more yen on their bottom line. Secondly, you have to believe that the agreement with Shionogi causes an anxiety uptick at biosite which probably has a better handle than all of us combined on the threat of RBM technology to their future financial welfare. Clearly the little movies run on this board about future relationships are currently playing in a number of board rooms south of the border. The next big step... that Homeland Security List. I'm afraid that the reality of being on the north side of the border, and the past experience with Homeland has me worried. Being on the list is crutial. Not making the list will be a setback I don't even want to contemplate.
