Not even 3 hours of trading and the volume 6% of company shares changed hands, assuming somebody buys @.285 that gives app. 4,5% ROI on yearly base not too bad comparing to bonds. Virtually no ...more

If you can get 29 cents, you may as well sell. There won't be another offer, and it will take 6 months to get the 30 cents out of Brookfiled.
