Well, Sir Corp own 20% and Janes another 10%.  I doubt there would be anyone else comparable to those two holdings, although the mystery 'third bidder' may also have a significant stake.& ...more

It was blindingly obvious this was coming after the cold calling of yesterday.  It puts further daylight between Janes and Sir Corp's offer, but I am not sure it really changes that much ...more

Just tells you how much information does exist on us, that they can find us. Well your holding are probably substantial enough to get a call.  did they call on a home line or cell?

The call came completely out of the blue.  I don't know how they got my phone number, but the only thing I can think of is that it was through my broker.  Otherwise it's a mystery ...more
