Proposed $750,000 FinancingWe are $.02 bid today. Investors dumping their shares. The company will have around a quarter of a billion shares outstanding after the Darkhorse deal goes through, they will have very litte by way of assets and also very little revenue if any. Why would anybody want to invest in this company. I doubt they will be able to raise a dime.
i own some shares (foolish) so I do wish them well but I think this is just going to be a capital loss for me.
