RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:closing stores is good thingI thought 4.30 good buy and now at 3.30. I plan to buy more. Put a few hundred shares at the bid since volumes are very low. Friday had 5000 o Canadian side and 30000 on US side. They knew Jp Morgan was leaving for a year and did not line up new financing??? Home stores do a good chunk of business and leons an brick have n trouble with lining up financing deal. This was done on purpose. I figure home stores drop off of 30 percent in sales for Dec Jan Feb without the financing deals. Sears full line stores effected less. Key question is what is berkowitz thinking??? Stock trading at a third of his cost. I am buying more here at 3.30. That should still be less than cash balance of company. Last quarter would have 2 months for home stores bad results. Key is cash flow. Last q4 they generated 43 million in cash from operations. So they last reported 3.78 in cash. While revenue drop in home stores is significant the cost line not bad as they are all on comission. Risk is employees leave home stores. I will be back Monday with small orders on the bid and wait.
