Bottom line is that should St Andrew be in the position of having to pay out another half percent royalty from operations it will result in the company being non cash flow positive .......

Ted - It is a claim that is in dispute. The courts have to figure out if it is even VALID. I don't see the production from Holt mentioned on the Kiska website from Dec 18, 2013. Holt makes

It's a bit dramatic to say $5 on the current $1072 all-sustaining cost would "tank the share price".

An extra .5% at the present price of gold coupled with the companies all in sustaining cost levels would all but eradicate St Andrews profitability and would tank the share price further....St Andrew

Ted - Wasn't that back in Dec 2013 concerning Kiska? I haven't seen any news later than that. It was for some small percentage .5 pct NSR IF the claim was valid.

Should Kisha ' s claim prove successful, it will place additional royalty payment pressure on St Andrew and it's share price strength.......Taylor may possibly be an issue with this as well

Legal action was initiated not too long ago by Kiska Metals......St Andrew did not issue a press release to disclose this publicly

They're Canadain to boot... St. Andrew's produces good ounces - and they have lots of opportunity to grow - My only concern was that comment a few posts back - but with a lil research

My take is that they have lots of cash, great cashflow, and no net debt (unusual in this sector). Decent reserves in a stable country, so no risk other than gold's price. They earn (a bit) at
