I bought more this morning. Don't have a real time short sale number but I am guessing is around a million shares need to cover from now until Jan 24th 2022. excellent move by kestenbaum

Squeezing out the short traders
That's the play here. The shorts will disappear with $250 million floor to deploy at 37 a share. No pint shorting Stelco now. That's almost 7 million shares worth of cushion.

He has one year lockup from last sale in august so he can't. This deal ends Jan 26 2022. Done strategically to be before year end results due to be released in feb 2022. I think
