correct me if I made a mistake. 3 912 222 429 / 0.766 = 5 107 339 985 common shares. the total number of shares for the new company. So if you own a certain percentage of the 1.2 billion shares in Aue you'll receive the same percentage of shares in the new company multiplied by the new price per common share. Maybe it'll be a gigantic rollback to squeeze out the smaller shareholders. or.... maybe this is just what happens when things go right.
