if you were turning a company with 601350 000 shares into a company with 3 250 000 000 shares , how much is your company worth that you're issuing 3 250 000 000 shares??

correct me if I made a mistake. 3 912 222 429 / 0.766 = 5 107 339 985 common shares. the total number of shares for the new company. So if you own a certain percentage of the 1.2 billion shares in Aue you'll receive the same percentage of shares in the new company multiplied by the new price per common share. Maybe it'll be a gigantic rollback to squeeze out the smaller shareholders. or...

Do you think at some point this will go to the OTC?

They refer directly to NI 62-103 and 62-104 on the oct. 17 2016 sedar post. So this seems like a take-over bid of 78 million CAD. But when they change symbols will it end up on the OTC while the asset transfer takes place?

I mean will it be delisted? I just have no idea how it will work I'm working on more than one and I 've been trying to figure it out as I go.

I would think not, it will be still listed on the LSE and TSX under a new symbol   eom
