XRE JUST NOSEDIVED.  Penny gains at best for most REITS.  THIS IS JUST BRUTAL.  Shorting these trds is thenoly way to make CASH!

Wrong as usual. Market (in particular reits) had priced in rate cuts, lots of them and starting early. As people came to reality like the Fed was all along saying they started to adjust. Fast forward ...more

Of the CPI route.  Right now many names are well off their morning highs. NOT GOOD

Was 11 to 13 for many years.  What are we celebrating? Already had one dividend cut, may need a second. On any good reit bounce what we may get 8 to 9 if we're lucky....
