The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Yes, PMZ is on my sell block if the artis and NWH reviews fail and SP collapses. Im hoping for liquidity soon from one of them, even if its a low-ball hostile bid. This environment is scary, to the point I dont even know whose on the buy side of the trades anymore .They by default go down on ev ery piece of data, with the occassional good day fake out
