The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. same thoughts investor smarter. insiders have 5 business days to report on sedi and edgepoint are now technically and legally insiders to my knowledge. also they were "obligated" from sept 30 event in which their ownership went to 10.27%. on sept 30 the IIROC registry was updated as it is every two weeks which covered the LATE deletions that Artis filed on their buybacks. I still think Edgepoint got mixed up in the overall unit count and may not have had intention to reveal themselves as 10% excess owns here.

definetely an interesting development and looking forward to earnings next week.
