Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:Whats taking so long?As usual you have no clue what you are talking about. Last review took a year, what's your rush? Longer this goes the longer a bid remains under the stock, maybe part of thought process awaiting lower yeilds. Selling any magnitude of properties could easily take minimum six months, maybe more.

Maybe for an encore you can start arguing with yourself rather than agreeing with yourself and suggesting how smart you are, haven't seen that yet. I'm sure the board members here can't wait for more of your psycho babble b@#$hit.
