The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hey Jay, that's a fair bit of real estate, I wish you all the success in the world. Our holdings overlap with Artis and Sienna (also hold Chartwell). As I noted to Frankie the other day, I remain gun shy on office. Personally, I believe too significant of a recovery period and I don't believe AI will be kind to it along and after that. I could be wrong but risk aversion with so much others to choose from just makes sense to me right now. Other than a few names I'm currently watching I am not too active. Have an overweight cash position here ( as Frankie rolls his eyes) but my financial position and outlook is different from many. I dance to my own tune, as I hope many here do too!
