Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Spring is in the air, someone feelin their oats! Manji finally getting to do what he has wanted to all along. I am sure he is sensing rates about to implode giving him some much needed flexibility not to mention breathing room. Get some good sales done, save a bundle on interest rate expenses, pay down some debt and dare I say it, heaven forbid, start buying up other reits again. Spring hopes eternal.
