Long on words short on sustance!

I surely hope I am wrong here. I have just done a once over (fairly quickly) and my first impression is YAWN, move on nothing here. Yes we got a small divvy increase which percentage wise sounds a bit better than what it is but what I have read is basically we are going to try and make the reit better.........................great, now how about some real details. I am going to have to take an hour or two and really dig back into this to see what I may be missing but seemed like a bit of a snoozer, and I am/was bullish on Artis. A lot of what I read is something that any prudent management would do under normal business operations of a reit, sorry. Not entirely sure what I was expecting but it was a little bit more than what I saw at first blush. I really really hope I am wrong here and this thing moves up sharply as I still have a sizable enough position. Good luck guys and will see how we close in the next few days.

I am o.k. to hold here so long as this management team can actually do something to improve upon our current position, what I read, unfortunately didn't instill that in me. Seemed like a bit of ...more

agree this release is disappointing.  definitely "short on substance". also for me i expected a 10% increase as promised not a 7.9% they want us to accept as 11%.
