This isnt about insulting investors, its just stating a reality- no matter what happens, REITS go down. We know that.  Sell huge amount of assets at FMV- reit goes down.  Increase the dividend- reit goes down.  Cut the dividend- reit loses 50%. Announce strategic review- reit goes down.  You cant win.  Thats the reality till our central bankers are canned. They are itching to hike every chance they get.
