You read so many stories of millionaires or billionaires that became so in real estate. Greatest way to create generational wealth. Yet you invest in any Canadian reit with the prized downtown locations like fcr or riocan and basically lost your wealth offset by the dividends.  There must be a better way to invest in hard assets.
