Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:SIB FOR $7.00 -15m sharesI'm not sure what a strategic review honestly achieves. It seems simple enough to me:

1) Sell all remaining public market REIT investments and never make any more. 
2) Put all industrial and retail assets up for sale. Try to move some Canadian industrial properties. Why not be open to selling *anything* if the price is right? 

Even if there is a buyer out there for Artis, I'm sure they would be more than happy to pay a larger premium to public markets if the debt situation was not so horrific.
