Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

If you do the math on Artis asset potential as I did, you could literally sell all the industrial and some retail and be left with the office & public seucirites/Cominar for free and have no debt. It would be very hard to come out below $12 if liquidating assets on the low end and I mean using low end transaction valuations.

Artis office is highly occupied and most of it is Class A.
