HR/Riocan now yield ~7%A tad shy but could be there with another down day, and other reits are from 7-10% with the highest being BTB/PRV.

Overall a very rewarding premium over the CAD 10 year

so long as BOC maintains cutting cycle with another 50bp this year and 75bp in 2025 I dont see how these deals  will last...
