Note: Finland also has the highest incidence of Type 1 diabetes.
The rest of the world averages about 1% that inherit Celiac disease.
So now we have about 2% as a working number that are the target market for a gluten free "Boost" for toddlers/infants...without the chocolate/straweberry/ vanilla flavouring.
