RE:RE:Two thingsInstitutions are not buying in while most of those so called canadian owners are simply transitory owners that flip the stock on a dime and participate in constant short attacks because it is that easy in canda to do so as is the counterfeiting of shares.
 The regulators and politicians are ill equipped to deal with the power of banks both here and below the border by whom near  the trading is done cross border,

bdrbf is totally inconsequental, the cross border trading is another story through the ATS
