As long as you have the Quebec government continually trying to impose its idealistic agenda on the rest of the country, they are better off lobbying the Americans directly rather  than trying to get help and concessus from the rest of Canada. it is sad, but unfortunately that's what happens as they cannot even fill the job needs they have now with the restrictions and self harming rules

859 I remember somewhat that time.    Fact is Quebec has gone downhill eversince their they overshot their ideological stance and took it to a point where it has literally hindered the economic expanse of Quebec.  There was a lot that made sense back then, but they have taken it to a point that no matter what laws are put in place or to be put in place, demographics will win
