So that makes the commons worth $9.73 before distriutions , which are substantial. 
Premium before distributions would be  $3.63 or about  37.3 % before distribuions.
 getting pricey especially on a down market.  Be prepared for some profittaking and shortsellers attacks coming up.

Really appreciate the nav updates on all these quadravest split funds. I am just learning about this so hope this isn't a stupid question. What are the potentials when a split fund has this much premium? Also ftn has a quite large premium. Are we looking at these splits coming down in value even though they are still paying? I sold ffn when there was a premium yet was surely not going to be ...more

My guess is that there is very little potential for capital gains in the current banking contagion situation. Has affected the CAD banking stocks a little, but if one of the big 6 has troubles with holding too many govt bonds and treasuries, look out below.
