The CEO is not the person who decides the company is going to carry that amount of debt , 3.8 x and, not the person who decides to keep the tissue division when multiple analysts have said disposition of the division makes sense. He's an employee and when you boss says DO THIS ........
Well like the rest of us , you are entitled to your own opinion. Any company that consider's their CEO to be just another employee is destined to failure.
