The good news is that the stock price has not fallen with the temporary removal of the NCIB support. That doesn't always happen - check out Interfor.

They should initiate an NCIB (or, better yet, SIB) at the CFX level as well.  Every share repurchased by CFX increases CFP's ownership in CFX.
