Mortage rates

Agree.  Anything is possilbe of course, but Canfor is the lowest probability that this happening of anyone in the sector.  That is based on their comments in past CC's, focus on growth ...more

I wouldn't hold your breath for a special dividend from Canfor as long as Jimmy is alive. He hates the notion of returning capital to shareholders.

With March futures up $24.40 t0 940 US would qualifyas another day of outsizes free cash lflow(FCF)generation. IFP earned $2.47 in the 4th Quarter. I would expect that CFP will slightly beat that ...more
