They are good operators like WFG is. But one has insanely awful capital allocation and the other doesn't. I'm betting CFP's shameful legacy of value destruction may end.

Might want to dig a bit deeper than analyst price targets. Which are fair and even conservative given pricing, but it's all about opportunity cost. Sure WFG and CFP have the same rough upside

Lumber prices up duties down great analysts values and this garbage keeps bouncing . I'm sick of staring at cfp value going up and down $3000 a day while everything else is making me money.

Myprefrence for IFP is that they are in the process of buying back 10% of their shares, recent acquisitions increase geographical diversity and increased production. Current prices are good for both.
