The Company's primary method of distribution is over-the-air, analogue radio transmission, with additional delivery platforms including HD radio, websites, mobile applications and podcasts.

Assuming the dividend continues, I would be happy with a quick bounce back to $20. This is a great opportunity, so buy what you can below $20, collect the dividend and look back in a year. This is easy investing.
