I flagged them as "OFF TOPIC" with a comment stating that the posts provide no context on how they relate to (a) the Company, (b) the Company's products and services, or (c) the Sector the Company operates within.
My verbage is a direct quote from the community policy page as to what an "Off Topic" violation involves. I have not seen one of the offending posts removed so I decided to just put the member on IGNORE and silence the noise. Easiest and quickest solution to a "troll infestation".
