RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:...

Sold at 140 we would go to the moon. Sold at 115, it would confirm a 36% discount to NAV, which in reality would then be around 40. Not super bullish. But also not bearish at the current level.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:...

Calculated the price pr foot on 115 mill cad. Its 380 cad. And the net rent 23.9 cad. Divide them.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:...

Hi Columbus, where do you get the cap rate from? - thanks, Frankie
Comment by colombusson May 23, 2024 9:11am

RE:RE:RE:RE:...

Couldnt find the number. But 23,8 cad a footon 380 vad gives a 6 3% caprate. Asfar asI remember they book them at 5,5%. So a witedown would be needed. Hope they can get a bit more.

RE:RE:RE:...

Does their lastest NAV reflect this 115m price tag, or are they giving it a discount
