RE:Gut feelingThere very  well may be a  reason information was withheld and dividend elimination was dropped like a bombshell... If I were another company wanting to buy DGI, I would want to buy it as cheap as possible...

If I were the CEO of DGI and wanted a position in the takeover company, I might do all I could to take the PPS down... I am not saying that is the scenario here BUT 80% of the shares still being held by original investors and the rise in the PPS the last few days would point to somebody knowing something___
