RE:RE:RE:DATA Group Ltd. First Quarter 2016 Financial Results Confere

RE:RE:RE:DATA Group Ltd. First Quarter 2016 Financial Results ConfereI've reviewed the estimates, I agree with you. My previous estimates may have been too aggressive (maybe that's why I only got 2.5 stars!). Another way I look at it: the company produced EBITDA of $3.5 million last year. Pro-rating cost cost reductions of $10 million (so +$2.5 million pe quarter) and reducing EBITDA for somewhat lower revenues and some margin pressure this year, I think $5 million (or slightly above that) makes more sense.

I understood that Michael Sifton left for personal reasons (actually). I hope we get additional info (who will be the new CEO?) tomorrow and confirmation that Michael Sifton will at least remain on the BOD. The company was supposed to issue longer-term expectations with Q1 results, but I doubt we get that with the CEO change.

The reverse split will come with the AGM, which I believe will be held after Q1 results.
