Oh yes you are right LongRoad, Phew. I was using the conversion rate from the last time in Dec 2015 of 81.96 and it should have been .8196. So I've got it calculated out with the closing price yesterday at 6.6 million shares. At least then with the worst case scenario we would have an increase to only around 20 million shares outstanding. Thanks for the help.
