DFN unit NAV to OCt 7 = approx: $15.20

My spreadsheet has DFN losing about 12 cents since the September monthend update.
That values the commons at a lowly $5.20 with a week left until Quadravest does the calculations to determine which  of the splitfund commons will get a distribution. Last trade @ $7.02 makes the premium here $1.82  and that works out to almost exacly 35 %. Likely the highest of any of the split fund commons that i follow.

The premium or discount is because it's a closed end fund.  Someone made a website last year with instant nav values for all the splits, I can't remember the address. I found it to be wrong a few times and never went back.  If you are good at making spreadsheets, then you can put your estimates here.
