$14.63. DFN shareholders need the NAV to rise by a whopping 2.56% to be rewarded with a dividend declaration this month.

$14.645 after accounting for dividends since July 31st.

Actual NAV for August 15th came in at $14.65. It seems there is little incentive for managers to delay their missed dividend announcement other than giving them time to execute their ATM selling program for a few extra days. Today's closing NAV is about $14.55, as MM has already stated earlier.
