DFN unit nav to MArch 25 = approx: $15.37

Spreadsheet now showing a gain of about 10 cents since the March 15 update.
DFN commons now have a value of about $5.37 before distributions are accounted for.
At $5.64 DFN is probably the most overvalued split fund common. They will pay in April .. but after distributions come off, HOW MUCH SAFETY will be left?

Most of the banks and telcos pay their juicy quarterly dividends in April.  This should help the NAV
